Service Requests & Scheduling

All service bookings are subject to availability. Clients must provide accurate details regarding the nature of the required service. Rooh Al Sama Technical Services reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service in case of incorrect or incomplete information.

Pricing & Payments

Service charges will be discussed and agreed upon prior to starting any work. All payments must be made in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for extra work requested on-site beyond the initial scope.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are only applicable in cases where service was not delivered as agreed, and must be requested within 3 days of service.

Liability & Damages

While we take every precaution to deliver services safely and professionally, Rooh Al Sama Technical Services is not liable for any pre-existing issues or damages unrelated to our service. Any accidental damage caused by our team will be assessed and resolved fairly.
